Brian Lamar and Dan then jump into the main topic of today’s podcast: Communities in market research. Dan discusses some of the challenges both the industry and clients are currently facing in the current environment. Dan also discusses some of the challenges providers are facing, and how to best educate clients to make sure they are getting the results they are looking for.
Brian and Dan also debate the pros and cons of branded versus unbranded communities, and when each is better for a client. They also touch on how the opinions on communities have shifted in the marketplace.
