The original is back! We have a jammed packed episode of Intellicast this week. In the first half of this week’s episode, Rory Dineen, co-host of Poll Party, joins Adam and Brian to discuss the latest market research news, including Twitter’s ban on political ads, and the new community features Measure Protocol has rolled out.

In the second half of the episode, we are joined by Joel Bacall, Associate Director of The Silk Initiative. The guys discuss how Joel got his start in market research, what led him to move from London to Shanghai to join the Silk Initiative, what the organization does, and how he works in market research into his consulting practices. Joel also gives some insights on how research differs in China versus the United States.
In the back-half of the interview, Adam and Brian get to know Joel a bit more. We find out some of his musical tastes, his book recommendations, his hidden talent, and a new Mount Rushmore of the top 4 apps with Chinese consumers.
