As we navigate the COVID-19 pandemic together, we want to update you regarding EMI’s protocol. The situation is changing rapidly and our focus is on the safety of our employees as well as ensuring our workflows are not compromised.
A few key points:
- All EMI employees have access to work from home. We are closely following CDC guidelines and local government instruction and are prepared to move to a fully remote workforce without disruption to bidding, project fielding, accounting, or any other function.
- Our remote IT capabilities are secure, with access to all essential files, programs, and software tools.
- We have a fully staffed team, and should someone become ill and need to recover, EMI will follow our standard out of office procedures to ensure all client needs are fulfilled.
- While we have not experienced service issues or response rate shifts, we would recommend reading our blog for further thoughts on the impact to data during this time.
