Intellicast Episode 36: Happy Thanksgivings
November 16, 2018How to Best Incorporate Emojis Into Your Next Study
November 27, 2018I have been reflecting over the last couple weeks as Thanksgiving approaches. While personally I have a lot to be thankful for this year, EMI also has a lot to be thankful for.
We had several new faces join the EMI family, including a few to our Account Management and our Project Management teams. Everyone has been a great addition to EMI and has helped us take servicing our clients to the next level!
Not only did we add to the EMI family this year, but we had several members of the team take on new roles and responsibilities. Adam Jolley took over leading the sales organization early in the first quarter. Amy Carley expanded her role to oversee operations and delivery for the entire organization. Kathleen Hock was promoted to team lead of our International team. And these were just a few of the changes!
We launched a successful market research podcast called Intellicast this year. Hosted by Adam Jolley and Brian Lamar, the weekly podcast has garnered a loyal audience, helped us cultivate new connections in and outside the industry, as well as helping us improve our standing as a thought leader. You can listen to all the episodes here.
We also had significant investment pay off in the form of our upgraded SWIFT platform. The upgraded platform took all the best parts of the original platform, like industry-leading digital fingerprinting, quota management, passing unlimited variables, and more; and integrated advanced bot and fraud detection, next-generation CAPTCHA, and other data quality measures. With the updated platform, we have seen a decline in data quality issues, and an increase in our confidence in being able to provide the highest-quality data to our clients.
And most importantly, none of this would be possible without our clients. Working with each of you motivates us to do all of the things above – providing better service, expanding our team, and pushing our current team out of their comfort zone into new roles. A special thank you to all of you who we’re lucky enough to work with.
I want to wish you and your families a Happy Thanksgivings from everyone here at EMI Research Solutions!
