Michael began his career in commercial banking, and then in 1997 shifted to web sales and marketing. While working for a start-up in Chicago that focused on permission-based email marketing, he realized how relevant information could be extracted from the web and attract better and higher-quality responses.
In 1999, Michael founded Easymail Interactive, which he later renamed EMI Research Solutions, a custom online research sample provider. With more than 13 years of experience, EMI’s team works diligently to find solutions to complex marketing problems. The company drives its success through matching up online panel demographics with state-of-the-art online survey tools. Year after year, EMI has been ranked one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Cincinnati and was recognized by Ernst & Young as an Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and by Inc. Magazines Fast 5000.
Michael holds an undergraduate degree with honors in Marketing from the University of Kentucky. He also attended Wirtschafts School of Economics in Vienna, Austria, and completed a portion of his MBA at the Williams School of Business – Xavier University. While not a work, Mike with his wife, Becki, enjoy spending time with their four children.
